My name is Lynsey Baxter and if you are ready to make positive changes in your life then let’s get started today. I am trained in Hypnotherapy, BWRT and Nutritional Therapy. I use these tools alongside Health Coaching skills to help improve the way you feel about yourself and change your life for the better. Read more on the About me page. As I use a combination of my skills to decide how best to help you, my methods are extremely effective for a wide range of problems such as:

It doesn’t feel like dieting, but more as a change in eating. I specifically like the sessions where Lynsey used her hypnotherapeutic skills to help me to abandon some unconsciousness thoughts, blocking me from losing weight. Her explanations and tips about the human body, stress and diet were very helpful. I am still eating differently than before and also still losing weight.

I just wanted to thank you for the BWRT work you did with me. I can’t believe the changes I’ve had over such a short time! As you know I was quite skeptical before we started. I still find it hard to believe that I have been able to change from a negative empty shell of a person to a strong, happy, motivated person who can now look in the mirror and like who I see!
I still don’t know how BWRT worked so dramatically but the new me and my family is sure happy that it did! I would definitely recommend this therapy!
