My name is Lynsey Baxter and if you are ready to make positive changes in your life then let’s get started today. I am trained in Hypnotherapy, BWRT and Nutritional Therapy. It doesn’t feel like dieting, but more as a change in eating. I specifically like the sessions where Lynsey used her hypnotherapeutic skills to help me to abandon some unconsciousness thoughts, blocking me from losing weight. Her explanations and tips about the human body, stress and diet were very helpful. I am still eating differently than before and also still losing weight.
I still don’t know how BWRT worked so dramatically but the new me and my family is sure happy that it did! I would definitely recommend this therapy!
